Mārtiņš Paparinskis

The patron Dr.phil. Mārtiņš Paparinskis is a graduate of the University of Latvia Faculty of Law.  he continued his studies at the Oxford University, Great Britain. He is currently an associate professor of Public International Law at University College London.

The patron was one of the initiators of founding the Kristīne Krūma Memorial Scholarship in 2017.
