Support
Exigen Services Latvia has supported various activities and projects at the University of Latvia, such as the organization of the international mathematics team competition Baltijas Ceļš ‘03 ("Baltic Way '03") and the organization of the International Baltic Conference on Databases and Information Systems DB&IS 2004. In 2006 to 2009, together with other companies, the enterprise has funded scholarships for the "Education, Science and Culture" programme.
In 2012, Exigen Services Latvia supported the preparation of the University of Latvia programming team for the finals of the International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC) in the amount of EUR 2 850.
In 2013, Exigen Services Latvia gifted the electronic document management system software ELDIS to the students of the UL Faculty of Social Sciences and Faculty of Business, Management and Economics, at the value of EUR 21 350.
In 2013, Exigen Services Latvia supports participation of the UL Faculty of Computing students in the International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC) by providing funding for the quarter-finals in Minsk in the amount of EUR 2 850 and participation in the contest held in St. Petersburg by donating EUR 2 850.
In 2014, Exigen Services Latvia supports participation of UL students in the finals of ICPC in Russia in the amount of EUR 5 700, and donate further EUR 5 100 to enable organising the competition of computing (informatics) bachelor’s and master’s theses of Latvian higher education institutions.
In 2015, Exigen Services Latvia supported the use of NAIS.LV in the study process of the UL Faculty of Law, thus contributing the value of EUR 3 049.20; enabled organising the competition of computing (informatics) bachelor’s and master’s theses of Latvian higher education institutions by donating EUR 5 500; as well as funded the participation of the University of Latvia team in programming contest in 2015/2016 with EUR 12 000.
In 2016, Exigen Services Latvia donated EUR 15 700, including the support of EUR 5 500 earmarked for the competition of computing (informatics) bachelor’s and master’s theses of Latvian higher education institutions and EUR 3 000 for organisation of the 12th International Baltic Conference on Databases and Information Systems (DB&IS).
In 2017, Exigen Services Latvia enabled participation of Latvian team in ACM ICPC programming contest finals by donating EUR 6 000.
