Filips Kļaviņš

Patron Filips Kļaviņš is co-founder and partner of sworn lawyers' office Ellex Kļaviņš (1992).

He has advised numerous foreign investors and major regional companies on significant, precedent-setting cases. As a co-founder and partner, Filips Kļaviņš has been responsible for the operations and development throughout the life of the firm. His professional experience also covers cross-border M&A transactions, including project management, sophisticated company research projects, and transaction documentation. Filips Kļaviņš is also a leader in consulting on a variety of complex real estate projects.

Support

In 2018, Filips Kļaviņš begins collecting donations in memory of his father, Jānis V. Kļaviņš, to support the development of oncology research projects at the University of Latvia. He donated EUR 1000 to the project.
