Academic CentreTo promote a culture of altruism among the scholarship recipients, each semester the scholars are invited to volunteer. Each University of Latvia Foundation scholarship holder in the 2022/2023 academic year must invest at least 20 hours into volunteer work per semester. Volunteer work should preferably be performed for the benefit of the University of Latvia Foundation, the University of Latvia or the state and society of Latvia.
The University of Latvia Foundation scholarship recipients are invited to fill in an online questionnaire about their favourite volunteer work opportunities at the University of Latvia Foundation. If necessary, a representative of the University of Latvia Foundation will contact each interested person individually.
