Improvements at the UL Botanical Garden
The UL Botanical Garden is the oldest botanical garden in Latvia, founded in 1922. It serves as a great place for education and relaxation.
The territory development plan envisages increasing the territory available to visitors, as well as supplementing it with new sightseeing objects.
Donations are required for the following projects:
• Formal garden near Wolfschmidt manor buildings;
• Irrigation system reconstruction;
• Reconstruction of plantations of medicinal plants, biological and morphological groups;
• Reconstruction of rhododendron plantations along Vīlipa iela;
• Greenhouse of crocus and other bulbous plant collection of breeder Jānis Rukšāns.
