Read the terms and conditions before applying for a scholarship

In 2021./2022. academic year, from September 6th to 26th, it is possible to apply for several sets of scholarships for 2nd year bachelor, master and doctoral students.

Steps to successfully apply for scholarships administered by the University of Latvia Foundation:

• Register by filling in the application form.
• After registration (when the LU Foundation will review the application) you will receive a link and your username, password to the specified e-mail for further registration.
• Log in to the system with the received username and password (if you are a LUIS user, the password will be the same as LUIS).
• By logging in, you will be able to apply for the scholarship you want and attach all the necessary documents in the places indicated for them. In this link you will be able to indicate the names and e-mails of the referrers, when submitting the application, the referrers will receive a link where they can attach the letters of recommendation themselves.
